All bread is made from scratch, in my kitchen, using organic local flour, water from the wonderful rivers of Canada and a dash of Love, from my heart. Current selection of bread includes White Sourdough with many special variants and Austrian Rye Bread (with seed option), and Vincent's personal favourite, Omi's Moon cookies.

Ein kleines Mädchen hatte sich tief im Wald verirrt. Alles sah gleich aus – Bäume, Moos, noch mehr Bäume. Gerade als sie anfangen wollte zu weinen, blieb sie stehen, schnupperte… und ihre Augen wurden groß.
„Moment mal… ist das frisches Brot?“
Der Duft von Kelseys köstlichem Brot wehte durch den Wald wie ein Zauberspruch. Das Mädchen folgte ihrer Nase, vorbei an Tannen, Wurzeln und Eichhörnchen, bis sie plötzlich wieder zu Hause stand.
Seit diesem Tag weiß sie: Man braucht keinen Kompass – nur gutes Brot.
